Hey there, just got back home late last night....reality sucks! Sorry we didn't get to meet you Tink.....we went back & forth a few times to Delroy's.....it was everything we heard it was and more....we really thought the ladies would freak but surprisingly they handled it pretty well! When are you going back? lol
just a word of caution....you will be approached at the airport and at the pitstop along the way by people letting you know they have anything you need....if you do partake in the herbal remedies wait until you get to the resort.....just about anyone there (except the security & front desk people) can assist you....there are also locals usually at the edge of the property willing to help as well....remember jobs are at a premium in Jamaica and they do not want to lose their job so they are very discreet.....its cheaper as well!
3 out of the 4 of us traveling together are Libra's....the only exception being my lovely wife.....she prefers to be a little different anyways! lol Damn....I can't wait to get there! We are trying desperately to get an earlier flight on 2/5. We will either be there around 2-230 or 5-6pm.....we will be ready to rock!!! See you soon!
I was standing at the bar (imagine that) one night and a woman came up to me and said "Hey, remember me?" (I had no idea who she was)....and she said we danced together at the bar that night and how much fun it was....I don't remember dancing at all let alone that night! I tend to get silly....a very happy drunk when I get the opportunity....Jamaica is my opportunity! Like you said nobody has to drive.....stumble only! Last Friday my company announced the winners of the 2009 Sales Incentive Program and I won for my position (Account Manager) and we are now going to Hawaii in April!!! I still can't believe it.....
10/10....it's strange but my lucky number is 11! Wait until later this year 10/10/10..... a drink sounds great! Being your first time to Jamaica we should make our B-Day drink a Flaming Bob Marley Shot! Not sure if theu still do it or not I have heard different stories....was told they no longer can light them but the bartender if he has enpough willing participants will line up a bunch of shots.....and also pour some rum along the bar....turn the lights out and poof! He lights the bar on fire and everyone does the shot....looks really cool at night....we were unable to capture the effect on camera but I have a great visual in my head....but that was pretty much the last thing I remember that night....woke up with bruises on both my arms from the wife & sister-in-law dragging me back to my room.

It's been snowing for almost 3 days off & on now....if we don't get out of this madness soon and on the beach I'm going to start pulling my hair out! We are also listed on the Dennyp website calendar and have had some contact with a couple from Sweden....its good to know there are crazy party people like us all over the world. We are still watching the mailbox & UPS trucks for our stuff.....people from Maine tend to procrastinate just a little (until we get to the bar and then we know exactly what we want!) I don't remember if I already asked you or not but do you have big cups/drink containers? Those 4oz beer glasses don't last very long and you may wind up making many trips to the bar(s)....we learned after our first trip.
