Just received N-resort 2013 prices and think the guys who run this resort must be living on another planet.
I have booked a Beachfront Suite at Breezes Negril and a DeLuxe Garden View at Couples Negril (we always vacate at 2 resorts) for less than the cheapest rooms at N.
They struggled to get the numbers up this past year and I don't see that the prices they are charging are likely to improve numbers!!!!
I called N and was quoted $336 per night for a stay in Feb 2013. I looked at Couples Tower Isle for the same dates and their published rate is $531.....something doesn't jive here.
OK, we received a quote for N of USD2460 for 7 nights.
We have now made firm bookings for January 2013 at Couples Negril for 7 nights for USD2435 and Breezes Negril for 7 nights for USD2215.
If you go direct to the resort the prices are usually higher than can be obtained from Travel Agents so you just have to shop around to find the cheapest. This year in January we stayed at Couples Sans Souci for 7 nights for USD2550!!.
It pays to spend a few hours to see what can be obtained.
As a follow up I contacted one of my sources and obtained a quote for 7 nights at Tower Isle from 9 February 2013 of USD2455!!
As I say it pays to shop around.
My wife and I in January 2012 paid $2600.00 for 7 nights and air booking through USAir.

I don't know how much your airfare would have been but we paid USD1975 for our 7 nights accommodation in January 2012 so the price quoted for 2013 is almost a 25percent increase, thats why we have decided to go elsewhere.Quote:

Wow. I priced just the room for that period at $2224, so you are flying for a bit more than $100 each. I assume this is also an Expedia package? We went to Hedo III a couple years ago for 6 nights for right at $2000 on a package deal. They must negotiate some special price for the packages.Quote:
