Adult Europe vacation for a Single guy?

It seems couples are having a lot of fun on these adult vacations.. But can any one suggest any such location within Europe for single guys to go to? And please dont tell me to go to Amsterdam!
Have read on Spice in Lanzarote, but again, is that for Singles? or only meant for couples and groups? I am an Asian guy, happen to be a doctor... and that sometimes makes me feel the need to be a bit more discreet in my approach and where I go for adult vacations...
