From what I understand, Seagate II is now long closed, which is sad -- because we liked Seagate I and II.
Rooftop is looking better all the time but its future is threatened, in my opinion, by a huge new Margaritaville resort that's being built almost next door. Rooftop has a statement on its website saying that there are no plans to change, sell out, etc. because of the new hotel but with a mega-milion-dollar development going in within a stone's throw, money can change things pretty quickly -- especially if tourists object to looking down upon little old Rooftop Resort and see a bunch of nekked people there.
