I have tried unsuccessfully to post our profile picture several times using both the computer and the phone. I emailed the admin but haven't heard back yet. Could anyone offer any advice in the meantime? Thanks.

Several of us have had problems recently attaching photos. A few have been successful. Click on the link below and see if sexylady's method helps you for profile pics:Quote:

For the profile pic, the maximum size of your custom image is 600 by 600 pixels or 293.0 KB (whichever is smaller). For the Avatar, the maximum sis is 200 by 200 pixels, or 58.6KB (whichever is smaller). I'm not sure that's the only reason some pics are being refused or deleted, but that may help.
Thank you all. I did get it figured out. Turns out the file size was within limits but it was out of spec on the pixel limits.
