Missed out on Club Mobay Service - advice on what to expect/do without it?

Howdy,

We booked out first trip to Hedo II just a few week back and paid for both arrival and departure Club Mobay which I understand is not just for Hedo 2.

Hedo 2 dropped the ball in that we only found out on checking something else that Club Mobay was fully booked for our dates and we do NOT have service.

I have seen numerous reviews and most 70% flat out recommend while there are enough that say it is not really worth it and can actually slower.

What I would love to know from actual with or without Club Mobay is what to expect without and advice on getting thru the passport processing which sounds like the biggest pain.
