Profile & Avatar photos ?

Has something changed I can't seem to update Profile & Avatar pics. HELP !!!

Make sure you LOG IN properly first.

Find My Profile at the top of the first screen -- you may need to scroll UP. Click to OPEN

Then edit away

There are size limits on the pictures as well, forget what they are, but I think it says at the area you do the upload. If you don't have the right size then it's not obvious why it didn't work, just doesn't show your pictures.

Something has changed. A picture that was previously in my profile did not load again. But another picture loaded. May be required dimensions have changed. This one was previously in my profile, now would not show up.Attachment 9543

Your nailed it. For the profile pic, the maximum size of your custom image is 600 by 600 pixels or 293.0 KB (whichever is smaller). For the Avatar, the maximum sis is 200 by 200 pixels, or 58.6KB (whichever is smaller). I'm not sure that's the only reason some pics are being refused or deleted, but that may help.

Yes I have been trying to load pics that were used before, I guess we will try some new ones. Thanks

Anyone having problems with uploading your avatar pic ? I can upload the pic to the edit avatar page but the avatar pic does not show on my profile page or anywhere else.

Maybe I missed it, but besides the size requirement, does it have to be .jpg? Also having trouble making an avatar pic

we have tried SOOOO many times to upload a pic, so frustrating. Gave up. Our LS screen names are on our profile. people wanna see us, they can go to those sites, lol
