Yeah, gonna have to at some point. Been conditioning the body for over a month and giving the liver a break. Don't want to go into shock, so I'll have to start practicing at some point.

I try and do a nice detox before we go. I don't need conditioning, just priming! in all honesty, I actually eat a LOT more fruits and vegetables at hedo than at home! Love their salad & fruit bar!

And they have really stepped up on the food at the resort , so you will have plenty of choice's
One awesome item they had one night was a fresh coconut bar in the main dining room.

Finally got the airfare booked (we land in MBJ at about 10am Saturday ). Now we just have to decide which room category to book (we like being clothes free, so nude is intriguing, but then the standard garden seems a lot closer to the main buildings which helps when theme wear/heals are involved). Any suggestions?

We will search the forums some too - bet there are a few threads on the topic.

You will find some threads, including one that I did a few years ago, where I actually measured with a stopwatch the time it took to go from the farthest room on the resort to the nude pool, and it was like 5 minutes assuming I stopped for a drink along the way and chatted with the bartender. I'd recommend the cheapest room category for your first trip unless you're dying to look out the window to the ocean, or want your own private hot tub. This year may be different, with several groups appearing to be going at once, but many years in the past in June the resort would close down some of the lowest priced room category buildings in order to save money and upgrade people anyhow.

Book on the nude side...take those heals, stash flip flops in a bush or something. Thats what we were told.
