    slightly south, but still a good chance that the eye will at least scrape the kingston area. We still have friends at the resort- hunkering down I hope.

    We have already booked and paid for next year, going 11th August for two weeks. Are huricanes likely again? or do they occur every few years?

    Hurricanes are every year. I think hurricane season is like June-November, with most storms taking place during August- October. I think August is historically the worst month, but you may want to do some research.

    Maybe you should just go in May like we are...
