Patron Silver. 1 huge shot, more like 2 shots in a lowball glass, no ice, no salt, no lime,,, neat. liquor in a glass. Just like I like it.

Took me an entire hour to drink it, with dinner. I didn't drive home.

    Weird.

If this is what 44 feels like, it sucks
Kelly, 44 is not too bad.....If you would have just slammed it instead of sipping on it you would have felt better!!! We missed out on BB trip, but we are planning a 2010 trip!!!

You cannot go wrong with patron. Very consistent, smooth, and easy on the head the next day!!! Oh, I did do some Mezcal the other day....whew. It was not bad, but it did bite!!!! No, I did not drink the worm.....

Just had a few fingers of Sauza. They were good.

In other news, don't forget, my Tequila loving hedonistic friends, that 'National Margarita Day' is this coming Monday.

What Tequila will you be drinking?

I think I'm going to try to find a bottle of Casa Noble Tequila Anejo Single Barrel. I hear great things about it.

I got a stupid question...why doesn't Hedo III have any good tequila. I was there for MILF week 2010 and got stuck drinking gin & vodka drinks when I was so cravin' tequila. Thank god someone had a toy to sedate me. Is anyone going to Hedo 3 in August 10-13 2010?

Hhmmm, dunno. You're in between a couple of groups there, or at least 2 that I know of.

AWOL, see the signature in Rick and Ivy's post above you, will be there until Aug 7th, 2010. Fun people. Wish our groups would overlap sometime, I think it'd be fun.

I'm a member of the BareAss Buccaneers, they will be there August 14-22, 2010, a pirate-oriented H3 group. I like to think we're fun,,,, some folks have mentioned in the past that we 'take over' when we're there. I don't think so,,,,but,,,, we're pirates,

There will be other travelers, and quite possibly some groups there when you are there. Post up in the H3 forum.

Back to the topic, at hand,,,,,,, Tequila!!!!

Here's the thing,,, you want good Tequila at H2/H3?

The simple, best answer is,,,,,,,,, bring your own,

    Seriously though... Margaritas, tequila... hmm...

Any good quality tequila, I like Corazon because its good, but not overly expensive. TBH, I skip the triple sec though. When I make a margarita, its a couple of shots of tequila, fresh squeezed lime juice, and a little agave nectar for sweetness, served on the rocks.

I like using Agave nectar on the rim of a margarita glass, then set "rim down" on a small saucer with any number of spices, I like cayenne, mixed with sea salt. A nice margarita with a sweet and spicy rim can give you a better experience.
