i always bring too much also, but this year i am going to be better, wish i could do just carry on, but i know that is not gonna happen!

Liquids (sunscreen and tioletries), shoes, and theme night costumes take up the most luggage space it seems. It took me 3 or 4 Trips to learn how not to overpack for Hedo. Even so, there always seems to be at least 1 shirt and 1 pair of shorts in my luggage that I end up not wearing at all down in Jamaica. If you have any question about whether you need to bring a clothing item or not...then don't bring it!
what to pack....shoes, to wear to dinner and disco....thats about it...oh, and a toothbrush.
Pack all the clothes youll think youll need for 8 days. Unpack 1/2. Then bring some Woolite.

I'd rather laugh with the sinners, than cry with the saints.
We usually don't have much time packing before the trip, so we just dump everything we have that is classified as H2 outfits into our bags, fortunately everything is very light and takes almost no room.
I love to dress up for every meal if we are going to the main dining room for it, so I have lots of choices. Last 2 times we actually unpacked everything and it was a great thing, so I knew exactly what I had and didn't have to
go through the suit cases searching for stuff.
