I'm willing to bet that there are single women who visit this site and are curious just as I am and would like to go but are reluctant because they are single. Would it make sense to maybe get to know one of these women first and after a while maybe we can go together so as not to appear as the odd singles out?
I guess the question is are there any single women who would consider this? Maybe even a couple to act as buddies for a single guy. I dunno, what is your opinion?

Yes, it can happen, and you can make a really good friend as well.
Might be better to join a group, go to Jamaica and maybe meet someone in the group and make a plan for the next year.
Been both ways, single isn't so bad. Join a group and have lots of friends then you won't feel like an odd man out.
