One more tip: We just finished printing and laminating "business" cards for Hedo.
On the one side we have our profile picture with our first names as well as our email address.
On the other side we have this picture with a blank spot where we write our room number:

That way we know that someone else can find us at the resort (we have spent several days looking for a great canadian couple who also were looking for us...) and that they will remember our names.
If the contact was fun, we will also be able to stay in touch through email afterwards.
The cards are laminated, so that they are waterproof (although I tend to carry them in a small pocket in my hat, which usually stays dry :-)).
