Anyone know when a new user on this forum advances from "Junior Member" to "Registered User"? Is it dependant on post count, or how long you've been a member?

As Junior Members, we are only given a TOTAL of 97.7kb of storage space in the attachment manager. So to upload new pics we have to delete the current one we have posted! I am assuming that Registered Users are given a lot more space to store their pics, because we see that many of you have multiple pics posted that are over 100kb.

The FAQ's are no help with this.
