Canadian ' s what travel agent is the best for going to Hedo or HBR

Each individual situation will be different, so you have to do a bit of homework. Do you have airmiles or points to discount a flight? Group rate vs rack rates for rooms? Canadian $$ vs. USD and the exchange rate you pay booking in USD for the room? Do you have a hotel voucher for a free night (we haven't found a candian package provider that handles these).
So bottom line is what's important to you, do the package dates fit you own individual travel plans...i.e. do they go on a wed and can you get ten nights, or only 7 or 14 in the package.
It really is a tough question to give a definative answer to.

Do you have a hotel voucher for a free night (we haven't found a candian package provider that handles these).

We just finished a booking with http://adultvacationparties.com/ ( Dee and Sarge) who handled a 14+3, a 3 night repeaters voucher, a comp voucher and a couple of other conditions on our upcoming trip.. so they definitely can do free night vouchers.. they are well versed in this kinds of things that usually only the "American" firms suggest they know how to do it.

No reason to go south of the border IMHO.

For us its cheaper to book the resort though an someone like tomstrips and the air fare separately plus if we book 14 days in one year toms will give us 3 free.... april we book 6 and going for 9. thats works out to 100.00 per person per night so we will take that... air fare for us to get of this rock is not cheap for anywhere. but we do it all the time on points... we have to pay the taxs so we fly to Jamaica for around 300 for both tickets.

It's not Tom's Trips that giving you the 14/3 promotion, it's the resort. You can get that no matter who you book with, either your agent or yourself just needs to call Hedo.

Very true, but if you book directly with the resort the prices are WAY higher then booking with a group travel agent.

Even if you book through WestJet, Air Canada, or any othe package provider you can still get the 14/3 promo. All you have to do for your second week in a calendar year (or any combination that gets you to 14 days) is ask for deviation on your return flight to stay an extra three days over what you've booked with them. You then call Hedo, tell them your dates and they will add on the three free days. There's no $50/day fee for this like there is with the repeater party prize or the free days that groups give away.

Ah got ya. I thought you meant to book directly with resort. Us Canadians have a confusing time with travelling sometimes, lol
