Beach musicians?

Do the beach musicians play near Hedo? We have enjoyed some of the musicians further up the beach and we are hoping to see them again. A favorite is Ice Block, has anyone seen him near Hedo?

You will need to walk down the beach, we have never seen them this side of the public beach.

Not sure their names but we usually see a trio or duo, I can't remember, of muscians that came across the beach all the way through the nude side. They would play for tips.
