Here's the real deal, Covid has basically no impact on Hedo right now. Whether you consider this a positive or negative is up to your personal comfort with risk. The only times we were expected to wear a mask was the airport, during our departure PCR test, and at Rick's Cafe. There is no social distancing anywhere and we had even more "lifestyle" fun than our last trip. If you were hesitating because the resort wouldn't be the same right now, you can go ahead and book. If you're hoping for safety/distancing, forget it. I will be scheduling a test in Canada this week to confirm we're actually negative.
The first week we were with Topless, who made up most of the resort capacity. Marc always makes the party awesome. The next week there were many different groups and it caused a lot more people splitting off on their own and less socializing. We would book more Topless trips in a heartbeat, we met so many people.
The restaurants were all delicious, even better than pre-covid and lobster night was incredible. Drinks are crazy-strong as usual. Night Snorkeling was worth every penny, as was the Topless catamaran, and the sunset trip to Rick's. They charged us prude-rate to extend our stay but let us keep our nude room.
Cons: the bedding could be nicer, the playroom pools are way too cold.
We are overall very happy that we didn't cancel our trip a fourth time, and very happy that we booked with Topless Travel. I can't wait to book our next visit.
