The danger here is that many people know Breezes so picking no name resort near Ocho might be better. We used to tell people Grand Lido since the two sounded alike but now that's going to be part of the Breezes chain.

That is exactly what we did. We only told a couple of people where we were really going.

One couple was completely cool about it and the others were stunned in a negative way. So needless to say, We do not broadcast where we go. I live in a very conservative town and it's just best to Lie about it.

I tell people Jamaica and if they ask where I tell them Hedonism. Most of them kinda smile and say "really" in such a jealous way. My kids, all grown, just roll there eyes. My parents just shake there heads cause it's a nude beach. If they only knew the half of it

We have told people we are planning a "Jamaica vacation". We have only told a couple of our friends where we are actually going. When it gets closer we may have to say a little more and we will cross that bridge when we get there.

We've said Jamaica, Superclubs, or Hedo. Never really thought that much about it. Funny how many people we met at Hedo that had told their families and friends they were staying at Breezes. I the gift shop should sell Breezes tee shorts and post cards.

We always tell our friends and family we go to Couples resort. Couples Is the first place we went and encountered a nude beach (actually a nude island). Now that we go to Hedo we can't imagine going anywhere else. The people we have met there are the nicest and most genuine people we have ever met. We are going leaving in a couple of weeks for our 4th trip and we can't wait.

If you don't want to tell the truth.....

We just got back from Hedo 3, and can't wait to go again next year.
We heard great answers to that question from veterans there.
Tell them you stayed at Lido. When you screw up back home and use the term Hedo, you have Lido to fall back on.
    Good luck,
    Pete and Chantale

We've always been truthful about where we go. My parents came to H2 for our wedding there (they stayed at Grand Lido next door). My daughter & her then boyfriend also attended our wedding (stayed on the cliffs). They all did get to see a naked man in a hammock on the beach and Charlie with his cock ring on & his dick held up in his *dick sling* outfit...but it was a brief walk by and my Mother (conservative Catholic) thought it was humorous. My Dad loved going by H2 in the Grand Lido snorkle boat and seeing the asses lined up at the bar. They've gone to nude beaches as gawkers b4 ... at least I've taught my Dad that taking pictures at nude beaches is a big no-no and being a gawker is uncool.

That being said, not everyone thinks the Hedo's are swinger resorts or has even heard of them. I generally tell people I don't know who ask....Jamaica....Negril....SuperClubs....Hedo if they press. And if they do know of the reputation.....how is it that they know???

We aren't in the lifestyle and frankly don't care what people think or if they think we are. If someone has heard of Hedo and its reputation .... well .... that speaks for itself. Some people just know it as a place with a nude beach. And what's *wrong* with that? Some people don't know it at all.

I know many people don't have the luxury of being truthful...so if you don't, then I suggest you simply say Sandals and get a few pictures over on the prude beach or at Sandals. Easy enough.

****Going to a resort that has a nude beach is nothing to be ashamed of.******

Don't stress and do what feel right for YOU.

    Liz
We are conservative Replublican Catholics too and believe it ot not, we like to let our wild side out as well. Viva Hedo!

Well, it is all happening again for us as I am now getting ready for R&R. 60 Days and I will be on the beach at H2.

    So when asked
    Q. What are you doing for R&R...
    A. I say GOING TO JAMAICA!!!

    Q. Really that's cool, Where?
    A. Negril, West side beautiful sunsets.

that is when I try to talk if I find my answers are not satisfying them enough. I tell them, I fell in love with it last year and will continue to go back, it is just so beautiful.
Party nights with themes to dress up and just a great time!
    Then time to go!

If they get to the point that we are involved in conversation and that does not suffice...
Hedonism JUST TO SEE THE RESPONSE!
Then hear all the BS they spue about what they "KNOW" about it.
That's where all the porn stars go... GOD I HOPE SO!
Watch out all they do is fuck there... HELL YEAH, IT'S BEEN 7 MONTHS I WILL BE DOING ALOT OF THAT WITH MY WIFE, ON THE BEACH, HOT TUB, ROOM, POOL, SWINGS...ETC...
That's the swingers resort... NO REALLY YA THINK WOW I DIDN'T KNOW! "SARCASM"
That place is wild! SO YOU'VE BEEN THERE? no, but I saw it on TV, they were all into kinky shit! OH YOU SAW THE DOCUMENTARY...KINKS IN THE CARIBEAN? Ya. WELL, THEY ARE NOT THERE WHEN WE ARE SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT ME I WILL BE FINE!

Oh did I forget to mention... 22 years of Military service dealing with smart asses, and spent alot of time as a Drill SGT and Instructor... so I have an answer for everything! Well versed in the art of verbal altercations, assaults, misdirection, and confusion! lol

    OH YEAH 60 DAYS!!!!
    DIF GO AWAY!

Being the cluelessly blunt person I am, I (have chronic foot & mouth disease) I 99% of the time will say Hedo. I think I had to use discretion once and say I was somewhere other than Hedo.

I honestly don't give a hell. My motto is always don't ask a question that you're not prepared to hear the answer. Point blank but I guess that's the upside of not havin to worry about a conservative employer. I work for a not for profit - environmentally tree hugging company.

We tell people where we are going. Even our children knows that mommie and daddy are going to the nude resort again. They can't wait for us to leave (LOL).. I've found out that most people who ask where we are going wish they had the nerves to go.....
HEDO 3 July 13th-20th 2010!!! 4th time and it gets better each time!!!!!!

    Preach Sista,

I have wanted to go to Hedo since I was a teenager. I am hoping that this is the year I make it. I am looking at Nov 28- Dec-5. My friends, family and co-workers can know if they want. IT'S all about me.

Since a teenager huh! U wild thang! Good for u!

I had someone ask me about my 'vacation destination' just this weekend and this fella was soooo intrigued - LMFAO! He couldn't stop asking questions. What do you do there? What are your expectations? My response was that it's all FREE man, u go there to do whateva you want to or not to do! That's the beauty of it all... I guess my point is that Hedo is an awesome conversation starter...
