Advice for first time visitors to Hedo III please.

I have FINALLY talked my wife into going to Hedo III this year!! She's looking forward to the trip, and I booked a room on the nude side. We've obviously never been there so can some vets tell me a few things please??

1) Just exactly where can you NOT be naked?

2) Are the stories of public sex just that, stories, or real?

3) Where is the best place for us to just sit, sun and read? Pool? Beach??

Thanks for any tips and pointers you can give.

4) How do I "loosen" her up for sex in the open, where it's possible to be seen by others? I'm not talking porn show at center stage, but say along a garden path where any one else may "just happen" by??

Welcome! You are in the right place to get the answers you seek.

1. You cannot be naked in any of the restaurants/bars other than the nude pool grill/bar (well the Disco late at night may be the exception) nor on the prude side (although this happens at night). You may also not be nude walking from the non nude areas to the nude areas (but, if your room is on the nude side, that is not much of an issue). Technically you can be nude in the quad, nude pool and nude beach (and your room.. lol). People go nude on the waterslide even though it is on the prude side..

2. There are definitely PDAs, but the place is not one big orgy as described on the playboy channel and some other mediums. You will not usually see a ton of actual sex during the day (although it does happen), but at the nude pool and quad late night, you will most likely see public sex. The amount of displays varies on the week you go, groups, who is there, etc.

3. You can sit by any of the pools or on the prude or nude beach to chill and read. If you are near an area where they are playing nude volleyball, you may get splashed or hit by a ball.. so, be careful.

4. A few drinks and being naked around others showing their affection will sometimes bring people out of their perverbial shells.. if she is going to do it, this is the place that it will happen! Just go with the flow and see how she responds IMO. If you can broach the subject before, great, if not, just see how things fly...

Those were the exact questions that brought us to the hedo forum. read the trip reports. there are lots posted by virgins and they have good information. Just browse the different strings and if you have a specific question, do a search. Lots of good info.

Most importantly, enjoy and relax, maybe that should be relax and enjoy. either way. it takes about 6 hours and you will have your little place in the world.

you are of course correct in assumptions...Hedo is a great vacation if you relax and give it it's due...Quad clothing optional so you will see a mix of topless, full suit and naked!!

we always get a room in the quad as it is well centered at the resort, and I don't have to get dressed unless we're going to the main restaurants or somewhere up front. Full nude to full dressed, all goes at the Quad. Plenty of places to sit and read quietly, beach is great, there are plenty of trees, so you can control your sun exposure, plus a much lower risk from a clutz like me attempting to play volleyball knocking your book into the water. The pool is great for reading too, but if you want a spot with even partial shade you better get there early.
Know you didn't ask about what to pack, but take plenty of sunscreen, lotion type, and some solarcaine just in case. A hint about your clothes. Pack what you think you need, then take out half, you will still be overpacked. The only article this doesn't apply to is outfits and shoes for the lady on theme nights.

When ever we walk over to the quad from the nude side we never put clothes on, and have never had a problem.

I think some of the stories are blown up. I agree it is not one big orgy although I have not been there. I am looking forward to some outdoor sex with my wife also. Listen, I already booked and she has started loosening up the more she reads these blogs. She went from not getting naked at all to now just getting naked at night. I can live with that. Just go with the flow and I think good things will happen. I just cant wait.

There are supposedly "sex police" by the pool in the day time (meaning the friendly security guard) so I think it is less raunchy then. However, when i've been by the hot tub after clubbing (around say midnight - 1am, that's where most of the real action takes place, there's an element of darkness so you can be seen ... but not be seen ... in any event, no one stands and stares, everyone is just doing their own thing.

Trust me, there are sex police. I think it was last year, my hottie hubby and I were getting busy on the nude beach that was empty...NO ONE was there and we were stopped. Like with everything in life there is some truth and some fish tales. We have seen orgies at the hot tub late night, I mean to the point of not sure whos arm/leg is who's, but there have been nights where there is a few couples performing for/on each other. If you join in no one will judge if you don't partake, no one will judge. It's your vacation, do everything or do nothing as long as you are friendly, you will never forget H3

She will be fine, I promise. I went from absolutely not taking my clothes off to being the one pressuring people into playing naked twister and naked chicken fighting with me. We had the best time ever and I now you and your wife will too. You have to come back and tell us how she did.
