Anyone ever book a vacation through Apple Vacations?

The wife recently showed me an ad for Apple Vacations in a magazine, talking about some all inclusive resorts they can send you to (Grand Palladium line.) I went browsing the Apple Vacations site, and lo and behold, Hedo III is one of the other resorts they can book to.

    Anyone ever gone through them?
Good experience, bad experience, same as any other travel agency?

    Thanks
    Jason

You can only book Apple Vacations through a travel agent. Even if you go through the motions on line, at the end they will ask you to choose an agency in your area or assign one to you. As a travel agent, I can tell you that they are a very reputable company. A few of the resorts they offer in the Cancun area are exclusive to them as their parent company owns the resorts.

    Have Used Apple Numerous Times

I have had very good experiences with Apple and have used them for a number of trips, although not to Hedo. Check prices with Funjet, though.

I have a very good travel agent that I have used for about 6 years. No fees and gives me a discount. contact me if you wnat to get in touch with her.

We used Apple for one trip to Cancun and had a disappointing experience with them for a variety of reasons. Not saying don't use them as EVERY travel site has issues. Just make sure you document what was sold to you and such. It is like phone companies, love them, hate them. They all have their stories.
