Yes, from Detroit you can look SOUTH into Windsor, Ontario, Canada. We have to drive NORTH into Michigan.
But today, Ontario feels like it has fallen into the abyss, with near hurricane winds. Oh for a few days at Negril.

Yup, you are correct. All we can see from Chicago is Wisconsin. They say stuff like "shoot it here, eh?" so we sometimes think we've crossed the border into Canada but they also say "it's about time" instead of "it's aboot time" so we know we're still in the States.
